Look at You Workshop

In this workshop, you will look into yourself to see what is true. You will identify your potential and what’s holding you back from highest fulfillment, orienting your steps towards a fruitful and content future.

After finding yourself in meditation, you will get the chance to observe relationship dynamics and heal patterns that no longer serve you. This will allow you to shift perspective, see yourself as never before, and lay the foundations for new ways of being you.

There will be a 60-minute lunch break and two 15-minute tea breaks
Both days lunch, light snacks and beverages will be catered
